Ms. Tea Phillips is a well rounded professional. At only 22 years young, she has accomplished quite a bit for a woman of her age. Having no formal training, she began her first sales position at the ripe age of 16 in a local mall photo kiosk, rising above all goals and quotas, quickly cementing her talent of the "gift of gab". She has 6.5 years of sales experience, ranging from entry level all the way up to several management roles.
At the age of 19 she progressed into the partner field of marketing, more specifically "experiential marketing", working for numerous Fortune 500 clients and contracting her services for a litany of award-winning marketing companies. She has accrued many skills over the years, such as being a talented bartender, with both RAMP and TIPS certifications, pursuing her insurance licensing in her resident state of Pennsylvania for Life, Home, and Casualty, working for a number of top-ranked caterers in the Philadelphia area, as well as managing various marketing campaigns, and executing events in the tri-state area on the regular.
