2. The Rooftop Orlando Event Venue
Overview
This 21-story, open-air, rooftop venue is located in the middle of downtown Orlando. The Rooftop offers a 360-degree view of Orlando’s downtown area, and it is available for private rental to host a variety of event. From rehearsal dinners, to business parties, to corporate events or wedding receptions, The Rooftop offers a unique, top-of-the-town experience for any and all parties.
Features
The Rooftop is a four-sided, open-air balcony venue. The largest space, facing east, is 50 feet by 80 feet. There are two mid-size spaces, each of which measure 20 feet by 100 feet. One faces north, the other south. Finally, there is a western balcony that is typically used to enjoy beautiful sunsets.

The Rooftop is a 10,000 square foot venue that will accommodate 175 guests for a reception event and 125 guests for a seated event.
3. Cypress Grove
Overview
Cypress Grove offers two magnificent venues. The first, located on 80-acres of expertly manicured lawns, is decked with stunning, seasonal flowers, streets lined with trees, and a lakeside view of Lake Jessamine. Due to its natural splendor, the Estate House is one of the most sought-after venues. Built in 1925, the Estate House is perfect for cocktail parties, weddings, wedding receptions, holiday celebrations, and corporate events.
The second venue, the Grove House, features a beautiful front porch with rocking chairs, a wedding gazebo, indoor event space, and a water garden. This venue is perfect for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, ceremonies, and receptions.
